How this site is built
Section titled “How this site is built”This site is a build-time mirror of the canonical reference docs in the kinoshita repo’s docs/ tree. The canonical files there continue to be the source of truth; this site’s content collection is regenerated by scripts/sync-from-docs.mjs on every dev/build run. ADR / spec PRs target docs/ upstream as before.
The doc tree was reorganized on 2026-04-25 around device / software / narrative. Marketing, gameplay specs, reviews, and plans live in the source repo only — the engineer-facing surface mirrored here is everything someone needs to build the device or write a cartridge.
