Plans
Dated working plans, spike notes, and design briefs in flight. WORKING tier per _meta/definitive-articles.md: speculative, and allowed to contradict DEFINITIVE docs while in flight. A plan graduates to DEFINITIVE through an ADR or a new spec, and then this copy goes.
Convention
Section titled “Convention”Filenames are YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md. Undated work in this folder is a smell.
A plan whose subject has shipped gets deleted rather than kept. Once an ADR or a spec carries the decision, a second copy here creates two sources of truth. Git history is the archive. Eighteen superseded plans left on 2026-07-29 for that reason, including the whole post-v0.1/ tree; see ../_meta/pruning-2026-07-29.md.
