Section titled “Launch titles (17)”The chain matrix per the documentation standard: the T1/T2/T3 cells mirror each doc’s ladder header (absent · draft · approved · rejected); Impl is judged against the deepest approved tier. A PR that changes a doc’s header updates its row here in the same PR.
